“We had a wonderful experience in Bluewater. We were served by Jaqueline, who was lovely to deal with. My daughter was looking for a pushchair for her one year old son. We had seen the Jole one on line but wanted to see it in the flesh and see how heavy/light it was and how easily it folded down. Initially we struggled to get it up and down but once we got the knack it was perfect. We liked the fact that Jaqueline was patient and allowed us to put the baby in the pushchair and push it around to test the weight and how easily it moved. The order process was easy. “Never any issues and glad I found them. Team always helpful and up for a good chat and my local go to point during the pandemic, both for small grocery shopping and postal services. Especially with regards to the postal services, team super helpful, you can drop anytime during day / week, and will go out with next batch. Don’t need to worry about formal Royal Mail cutoff times etc. Also very helpful that they accept Hermes too, so can cover two providers in one shop!”
