“I've been a regular at The Barber Store ever since I moved to the area, and am very, very happy with the service I receive each and every time. I always get a really good cut (whatever I ask for), get treated really well by whoever is working there on the day (including a cuppa if I want one!), and also have an intelligent conversation thrown into the mix. I have been with the practice for over 17 years and when I moved to Forestdale, I refused to change my GP practice and had to contest to stay at this practice due to the great service my family gets. Thankfully I was granted permission to stay at this practice. Doctor Nana and Sobena are loving and caring Doctors who never rush you when you go to see them. “Gonville Academy, the school that has gone through generations of children, the school in which my older siblings (and me obviously) have spent 8 fun filled years in. This is the school, that helped me with MEH FLIPPIN MATHS problems, this is the school that helped me when I felt down. This is the school that you must surely sent your child to. I've recently left the 6th and final year and i can downright say, that this school, Gonville Academy is the best school ever. Not exaggerating here either. Hence, I give Gonville Academy a whopping 10/10 (or 5 stars because thats how we have to rate it here”

“Very happy with service I received. I had 4 tyres changed along with wheel balance and alignment. The guys were very helpful and accommodating. Also listened to any concerns I had without quibble. I was especially impressed that they actually used a torque wrench when replacing the lug nuts as opposed to just over tightening like most places do! Would definitely use again in the future”

“I’ve had the good fortune to be taken to Croydon University Hospital around 03:00 am. on Wednesday 5th November for blood test. The chest pain I had was caused by my heart, I was told. Heart attack?! For the next seven days I’ve had the best attention and the most polite care I could imagine. The food was far superior than in 2017 when I went through a similar experience in the hospital. My heartfelt thanks to everyone taking care of me, I’m truly grateful.”

“It would have been good to have an earlier appointment, but the appointment I was given was kept almost to the second, the reception staff were helpful and friendly. The GP was reassuring and took action on my health concerns quickly - including referral for minor surgery within two days at Parchmore itself. I'm a regular and high demand for services can sometimes cause stress in the system, but today was perhaps the best experience I've had of a UK GP surgery for years.”
