“Snowflakes is a great nursery. I'm really happy with it. My 1st son was there from 2009 - 2012 and I'm now back with my daughter who is just under 2. Both my children never cried going into the nursery. Staff are so nurturing , friendly, and professional. The manager is great, very approachable always receives me with a smile and willingness to help and make my daughter experience the best one. My daughter loves it there. I get daily updates with pictures of her and commetns on her development. For the very fewest times my daughter has been unwell or hurt herself whilst at nursery, staff have acted appropriately and informed me promptly. One of great things I love is also the fact that everything is included, from nappies, to milk, to food. For me as a working mum that is great, not to have to worry about having to pack a bag everyday.”

“We hired Kes for facepainting at my daughter's 3rd birthday party. She was simply brilliant. The kids were over the moon with it and so were the parents, as for many, it was their first experience of it. Kes is an extremely talented artist and facepainter. “My little one and I have just completed the Baby Development course run by Frances. As a new mum it's quite nerve-wracking trying a baby sensory class wondering whether it's the right one for you and your baby, and having tried a few it's safe to say that we have found the perfect class for me and my baby. The classes have been quite small and intimate which has allowed us to get to know Frances well, as well as interact with other new mums. She is really invested in all the babies and parents that attend her session. We love her sessions, have learnt baby massage skills which I still use on my baby every evening as part of his bed time routine as well as some of the sign language and songs. We can't wait for discovery tots which is the next level up from baby development.”

“As a mother, I can wholeheartedly say that KidsLab is the best nursery in Canary Wharf — if not all of London. My son joined them just before his first birthday and settled in within a week without much hassle. Since I was a working mom, I always felt I might miss out on important milestones, but the staff at KidsLab never made me feel that way. I received pictures and videos of all the special moments, and that made such a difference. What really sets them apart is how they include parents in the journey. The staff genuinely take the time to get to know the child through conversations with parents, so they can support each child better. I have had so many warm, thoughtful chats with the team, they are not transactional at all, and always make you feel like part of a family. The staff truly care, and they ensure that the children are constantly learning through activities, rhymes, garden playtime, drama, and dance classes — making sure there is holistic development and lots of joy in the process. My son is a curious, active child, and I have seen incredible growth, not just intellectually but also emotionally and socially. He has learnt empathy, discipline, and how to thrive in a social setup. I often get compliments about how intelligent he is, and a lot of that credit goes to the amazing team at KidsLab. Huge, huge kudos to Juliana, Runi, Danielle, Vanessza, Radhika, and every single member of the team. As a mother, I can proudly say KidsLab is a wonderful place, and I couldn’t recommend it more if you are looking for a nurturing, engaging nursery for your little one.”

“Sad that my little one is leaving to go to big school, my daughter loved coming here, they taught her so much and is definitely ready for school and have done so well getting her ready for school. Some of the things my daughter has learnt is amazing! The staff work hard, all the staff are so lovely and the manager is so passionate about every child being her little treasure. The difference between other nurseries and this nursery is that Michelle (manager) does not see the nursery as a ‘business’ but a home where she treats all the families and children like her own and is very supportive. Thank you little treasures and to all you special staff who looked after my daughter… we will be back and pop by for visits ❤️”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my trial Krav Maga class- the class is great exercise, practical, and definitely boosts one’s endorphins- Jack is a very patient and friendly instructor. I have since applied for membership and look forward to future classes! I would recommend this class to anyone who would like to improve their self defence skills, whilst getting good exercise in a fun and friendly environment!”

“Our children have been taking lessons with RSB for the last 9 years, and we really can't recommend them highly enough. Our daughter takes several dance classes in different disciplines which she absolutely loves. All 3 of our children also attend Starlight, their musical theatre course, which they enjoy immensely. The numerous performance opportunities the children have had has really helped them to grow in confidence and to develop life skills which sadly can't always be taught within the confines of the National Curriculum. RSB's teachers are fantastic, both in their level of expertise and their ability to nurture the children as individuals.”

All the teachers and the Leadership team are absolutely lovely, and you can see how much care and thought they put in the curriculum so that the children can develop their skills, confidence and have fun at the same time. “I highly recommend Georgiana, from our very first session she created a safe space where we both felt immediately comfortable. Her approach was gentle but full of wisdom, our session flowed effortlessly and was never reminded about time. Georgiana is full of empathy and words resonated with us, she didn’t even have to ask to many questions we just opened up and quite often she knew what we were going to say, this is how great she is at what she does. “2 years ago I decided to go as an Au Pair to United States and chose this agency after reading loads of reviews and opinions on blogs. I am so glad that I did that, because since then my life has gotten so amazing. I had an amazing experience and wouldn't change it for anything else. The agency helped me with all the documents and visa process and if anything was wrong over there, there was always someone ready to help me. If I ever decide to go as an Au Pair again I cannot imagine going with different agency! :)”

“My daughter has been attending this nursery for a year now when she was 11 months old and I always find her cheerful there - it feels like a second home to her. I would like to say this is one of the best childcare centres in this area. I was very skeptical initially as a mum to leave my daughter the whole day (10hours). All the staff members Veerpal, Dale, Shazia, Tahira, etc including the head teacher Himanshu are so nurturing, supportive, caring, attentive, kind and helpful to her as well as the other babies. I have always found the key worker Veerpal to be very communicative about my daughter's progress (including the online updates about her progress) and the way she allowed my daughter to take her time to settle in. Whenever I needed any kind of adjustments the whole staff including admin team was always supportive and efficient. The staff do invest a lot of time, effort and patience to allow babies to explore and be independent. I was surprised when I saw my daughter wanting to drink water/milk in a cup on her own without spilling, Building sand castles, messy plays, spending a good amount of time daily in the garden, allowing babies to make individual decisions, making shapes out of play dough, exploring natural materials and nature, singing various rhymes and describing the characters from the story, etc They do have a lot of extra activities for kids accompanied by parents. A yearly outdoor (farm) trip for the kids and parents. Visits to religious places accompanied by parents, obstacle course, etc I have seen a lot of improvements and her skills being enhanced each time. I would highly recommend the Grove house infant centre to anyone looking for a childcare / nursery in the area.”

“Great nursery. Facilitates are great, especially the big garden which has a climbing frame, fish pond, sandpit, guinea pigs. They even had incubated chicks earlier in the year. The staff are great and have been working there for years which is always a good sign. My daughter loves it.”
