Placing an order was very easy to do and it was great to see that there was a local delivery option available too which I took advantage of. Received a phone call this morning confirming my order and to arrange delivery for a time which was suitable to me. I opted anytime today and loved the fact it got delivered within the hour. Absolutely great service from Jonathan who promptly delivered my wine to the doorstep with a smile. Will definitely return and consider Banstead Vintners as my first port of call for wine purchases in the future. Prices were competitive for the wine I was after, so I'm really pleased with the experience overall.”

“We have moved out of the area to West Sussex now, but frequently visit Kala's and my husband still works local enough to the shop that we will still use Kala's when we are in the area. Its a shame that the negative reviews for this lovely little shop all pertain to the parcel services that Kala's provide, which is pretty much all of the big couriers. Personally, I've only ever received excellent service from the shop - they have a huge range of food and beverages, including tiktok faves that my kids love to visit for. When a parcel service provider has been down and out of action, they always do their best to help, and I even see staff helping customers with their printing label service most of the time I visit. I think some of the reviewers might need a thicker skin... Keep up the good work Raj and family!”

“BP/M&S Simply Food petrol station is an outstanding place to fill up your car and grab a bite to eat. The first thing you'll notice when you arrive is how clean and organized the station is. The forecourt is well-maintained, and the pumps are clearly labelled and easy to use”

“Love this little charity shop. It's clean, tidy and reasonably priced. Have found some absolutely lovely nic-naks for the home, great designer labels (the ladies who work there really seems to know their stuff about quality items and are always happy to help too). The staff take a real pride in their work, lovely to know that these volunteers give of their time to help out raising funds for the Children's Trust charity. Such a friendly bunch of ladies. I read one of the reviews about children being ticked off for touching stuff on here... apart from genuinely finding that unlikely as the ladies are so nice, maybe the parents ought to be teaching their kids not to touch things that don't yet belong them, like we were taught when I was small? It seems that gone are the days when we 'look but don't touch'. Anyway, its a great charity shop and I really enjoy browsing for a bargain.”
