“The team at Star Tec were brilliant. My husband’s car needed servicing and I had to organize this. I requested a service by emailing the team and despite the holiday period they came back to me quickly. We were able to arrange a service within a few days and they couldn’t have been more helpful, agreeing to collect and drop off the car. On the day, communication was excellent, informing of time for pick up and then when additional work was offered. The car was back with me, cleaned and valeted by 1pm. I was able to pay on delivery and the service detail was fully documented. I would recommend Star-Tec to anyone with a Mercedes. Great customer service with a smile. Much more accommodating and good value for money compared with Mercedes dealership servicing. I’ll definitely be a returning customer to this company.”

“I recently stayed at Ramada Cobham M25, and overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The beds were comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent considering its proximity to the M25. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The on-site amenities, including the restaurant and bar, were handy for a short stay, though the food options could be a little more varied. Parking was ample and secure, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s a reliable and budget-friendly choice if you’re looking for a convenient stop near the motorway.”
