Owned and run by a lovely couple I cannot recommend highly enough this wonderful cafe and occasional restaurant. Every item is simply exquisite and I am so glad I booked. “Highly unusual pub giving the appearance of a flower shop when you enter but hiding a small bar with extensive selection of very fine craft beers and ciders at the back. Lovely quiet atmosphere for drinking and chatting with great staff. An absolute must stopover for anybody passing through the Chislehurst, Bromley, Sidcup area.”

“As a now regular to this restaurant, i would defoliate consider this the best Indian food in chislehurst. The papadams are delicate and crispy; served with a sweet yoghurt mint sauce, a jammy mango chutney and a small diced salad. The samosas are always steaming hot and have a thick layer of crisp pasty met with a explosion of spices and fluffy vegetables. They are always served with a pomegranate reduction sauce.The mixed grill is one is sensational. Perfectly cooked tandoori meats all enveloped with deep marinade and so tender. The soft shell crab was crispy, flavourful and buttery. It’s only downside was it tasted a tiny bit fishy. The lamb jalfrezi is large chunks of juicy lamb with a curry sauce that has immaculate flavour. Garlic chilli prawns are a staple at ginger and spices and in my opinion the beat item on the menu and the best prawns i have ever had. But be were; the are not mild”

“I've been coming to this fish and chip shop for over 10 years, and it's about time I left a review! The quality has been consistently excellent over the years – perfectly crispy batter, fresh fish, and generous portions. The chips are always hot and golden, just the way they should be. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick, even during busy times. It's hands down the best chippy around, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended!”

“Came for a quick drink, came here a few years ago and really liked it, still a great place. Went on a Sunday lunchtime, not the best time because it was packed. Didn't stay to eat but if you do want to then I recommend booking in advance if they take reservations. We sat outside which was fine since it was a nice day. Friendly, welcoming and helpful service from the gent behind the bar (possibly the manager/owner). Very family orientated feel to the place. Very cosy inside. Good choice of drinks at reasonable prices.”

“I didn’t have food but everyone food looked great. I enjoyed two espresso martinis at the bar and they were amazing, I asked for extra sweet and they did not disappoint. Our table was regularly checked to see if everything was okay and everyone was very attentive even though the place got busy very quickly with many regular guests. We also met the owner and his wonderful wife who made sure they visited every table and greeted the guest to see if everything was ok… it’s wonderful to see how much they care and appreciate their guests. Definitely worth a Revisit and try the Gurkha 660ml Beer.”

“Went last night for family pre Christmas meal. Lovely relaxing atmosphere, very pleasant staff. Nice menu, good wine list. The meal was excellent , the portion sizes generous, my stuffed chicken masala just melted in your mouth. We went midweek at 7pm and it was lovely & quiet so we were able to have a nice leisurely catch up.This is definitely a restaurant that I want to go back to.”
