“I stayed at Staines Premier inn over a weekend and the rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was very good. I was met with a lovely lady called Felicia who hosted the 2 mornings. She was welcoming and friendly and would go out of her way! Please say hello to her when you go in. A credit to the hotel. :)”

“I stayed here for one night only. Imagine that the place is a hotel for 200 years, but the building was built in the 15th century!! The rooms are cosy , combining the old and modern. Quiet place only disturbed by the noise of the cars passing on the bridge built over the river that lays in front of the hotel. There is hat and cold breakfast included, which is quite unique. Will surely come back one day.”

Breakfast was continental and served at a time of our choosing (within reason). Our flight was delayed by 2 hours which was no problem at all for our transfer to the airport. 100% will stay here again.”

“First time visit, Atmosphere was lovely and warming, did expect a bit more of a Christmassy vibe - like music , crackers on tables etc Staff and service was brilliant, made sure we were ok, no wait time , very kind and polite The food was amazing, the Duck leg and the pork belly roast were yummy - lots of food - I think it’s the best Sunday lunch I’ve had in a long time. “Nice, well taken care of room. Bed was comfortable but consisted of two single mattresses pushed together. Breakfast was good with continental buffet plus choice of English breakfast or omelette. Had a nice walk along the Thames river in the morning before my flight from Heathrow and pub across the street was good for dinner. Convenient bus service to Heathrow nearby.”

“What can I say. The caravan and pitch are nigh on perfect, the site is nigh on perfect and New Quay is a fantastic place. The help from Linda on any queries is virtually instant. All we missed was perfect weather, but that didn't stop the grandchildren being on the fantastic beach and in the sea. Having now stayed at Southampton, Staines and currently Heathrow North / Hounslow East. The apartments at every location have been superb, well equipped, modern, clean and spacious – you really could not ask for more. The property’s are secure and access fully supported by a reception and/or concierge to assist if necessary. Parking is available both securely and for oversized vehicles such as mine, bays are allocated in very close proximity to the apartments. The latest stay at Heathrow North / Hounslow East is yet another example of the first class standard offered both in terms of booking and accommodation provided. They have all been very centrally located, close to local supermarkets, restaurants (post lockdown) very spacious, modern, clean and the facilities within the apartment have been well thought out to ensure that your part in the process is to just turn up with your personal belongings. All necessary information is always placed at key points within the apartment to avoid constant calls in search of codes, instructions etc., and if prior instructions are required these will have been emailed over to you before you arrive. We would not hesitate to recommend these apartments and will continue to use them – I can only hope that you are as fortunate as us to have Sharon Wood as your point of contact. Absolutely fantantic”
