“This is a rather special old inn. We had a wonderful, though very brief, overnight stay with breakfast in the morning, the day after a long road journey. Wound down with a nightcap in the company of James and Jules at the bar; they were great hosts. The room and, in particular, the bed were just superb. The bathroom: everything clean and just as you'd want it. Mary made us a very good breakfast and was also very friendly. It was clear all the staff we met actually care and want their guests to enjoy their stay and be comfortable. Highly recommended.”

“Stayed here in August for a trip to Hever Castle - stayed 2 nights and we were very happy with this hotel. Lovely comfortable bed, great grounds for people watching :), great location, such friendly and helpful staff, a credit to the company. Sadly, Holly, who was almost seven years old, has since died but she was happy and healthy when she came home to us. “This is a hidden gem. The staff are just brilliant. So friendly and welcoming. Welcome nibbles of olives and crisp are given on arrival. 3 course set menu with a good choice and the food is beautiful. The decor is lovely and it’s very charming.”

“Victoria was such a helpful host at Hurst Farm. I rented all 4 rooms for my wedding party in preparation for my wedding held nearby and I also got ready there in the morning. Victoria was not only incredibly helpful in answering any queries quickly before the booking, but also great once we were there. The rooms were all lovely and the gardens were beautiful - perfect for a morning photoshoot! She provided us a buffet breakfast on the morning of the wedding when we were all getting ready, and she cooked up a delicious cooked English for everyone on the Sunday morning in her kitchen which was such a nice touch. Would definitely recommend booking Hurst Farm!”

We did experience it for ourselves and we had an amazing experience with a relaxing enviroment hosted by brilliant staff jackie and steve, also the regulars and other vistors made us so welcome and a worth while visit. we will be coming back.”

“Just back from an 4 day break which turned into a 8 day break. Mark was really helpful when we were trying to set up and along with a few fellow campers and staff they managed to get us pitched correctly in no time - nothing seems to much bother for them. I asked to stay on extra nights and Billy at reception went out of his way to sort my extra nights and I didn't have to move pitch. Visited this site many times over the last 7 years, started in a tent and progressed to a hard top folding camper and now our beloved Hobby caravan. The site really is immaculate, they focus on every detail. Pitches are quite large, shower blocks are fantastic, possibly the best we've used, always clean. Staff are very friendly, they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect, nothing too much trouble. I was there on my own for most of my visit, the owners kept their eye out on me, i felt relaxed and safe in the secure environment. They are constantly improving the site as we have witnessed over the years. The long termers are friendly and welcoming to tourers. Perfectly located with shops and pubs, beautiful surrounding areas. “Clean, comfortable and cosy. No luxury but not needed if you are walking the North Downs Way as we were. Continental breakfast plentiful. Sonya is a great host. Gave us space to relax and chatted with us over breakfast. Do not be fased by the lack of website. Give Sonja a call!”

The train station is about a 20 minute walk away - having a car for this quiet B&B is ideal. Cannot wait for our next stay.”
