“Amazing care and friendly staff!! They took care of my fussy little pooch and made sure she s well fed. Thank you for looking after her.”
“Queens Bark came highly recommended and I can confirm they are all the wonderful things that are said about them :) Melissa and the QB team/family are amazing-they are trustworthy, reliable, flexible and they really love and take such good care of the dogs. I have a nervous sausage dog that hates travelling in cars and she settled in so quickly and I have noticed how her confidence has grown in just a few months!”
“A late review considering I've been entrusting Brian and his family with my cat for a few years now. But I just wanted to say that Banstead are brilliant - Brian kindly collects and returns my cat at all hours of the day which is so helpful as I don't have a car and am usually rushed off my feet trying to get organised to travel. I leave him several times a year with Brian and he always comes back happy, relaxed, groomed and well fed. So thank you for providing a flexible and caring service that gives me peace of mind. In fact, sometimes I wonder if he prefers it there.....!”
“So happy to have found a lovely boarding centre where we know our rabbit Harley will be well looked after when we're away. Lorraine clearly cares a great deal about the animals staying with her and we really appreciated that Lorraine shared a photo of Harley on the Now Boarding Croydon Facebook page while we were on holiday so we could see how he was getting on. Would highly recommend!”

“Steve was my hero. Our cat Lily was due to stay with our daughter but she was unable to have her. So the day before we were due to go on holiday I rang Steve. We were in luck he had, had a cancellation. Steve reassured us that Lily would be fine, he asked what food she preferred and biscuits etc. Made sure all her injections were up to date. When we dropped her of he took her to her holiday home. Steve kindly let us pick her up a little earlier due to M25 bring busy and his wife Melinda explained how Lily had been, when she had eaten etc. We will happily leave Lily at The Ark in future and found them very friendly and caring. Great value to.”
“Have been bringing my dog here for a few years now and super happy with how he is looked after. Always looks bright and happy on collection, lovely setting and paddocks to exercise him in. Friendly and helpful staff. Perhaps book early as they tend to fill spaces very quickly.”
“Came for a viewing beforehand and I honestly wasn’t too sure, mainly with the length of time they’re alone overnight without access to outside - it seems like this might be standard practice in kennels though. BUT, it seems like he had a good time. It was my first time boarding my 8.5 year old dog (he’s done daycare and stayed overnight with sitters, just not kennels before). He ate his food which was a surprise, but a good sign. I chose Haytor because of the ability for him to play with other dogs. My dog is nervous with new people, but he gains confidence around other dogs. The drop off felt quite like I was being rushed a bit, but this could just be because they’re aiming to spend as much time as possible with the dogs. It would be great to see photos of them whilst there, through Instagram stories for example (although it seems super busy so that might not be possible). I emailed to check on him in the afternoon and got a response the following morning, which was fine. An option to drop off at the daycare time, if your dog is social, would be great too instead of just 10-12 or 2-5! Especially on a Saturday overnight as you do end up paying for two days for around 24 hours as there are no afternoon pickups on a Sunday, so a single sat to sun overnight comes out quite expensive that way, though I understand different kennels have different booking setups. Overall, my dog came back happy, he ate and although very glad to see me, didn’t seem too bothered by his stay. Would recommend to anyone who feels their dog would benefit in a kennel environment from having other dogs around them! Will use Haytor kennels again for my dog. Thanks for taking care of my boy! :)”
“Would totally recommend Kew Dogs. Sadie (silly puppy) and Iggy (sensible older dog) go together and are very well looked after. Very useful for an energetic and social puppy. Wing is super understanding about our ever chaotic schedule and it is a life saver when juggling work commitments. And Jeremy clearly loves them and treats them with great care. Great service. And lovely photos every day.”

“Karolina is attentive, caring and most of all treats our dog as if her own. We have a lil boy that’s full of attitude and generally takes a while to warm up to people. It only took them 2 walks before they were inseparable friends. Our dog gets super excited to go for walks with Karolina and his other furry friends. We could not recommend Karolina enough. She really cares about all the dogs, and ensures the personalities fit each other by scheduling them on specific days.”
“Lovely groomer and very knowledgeable. She shared a wealth of knowledge with us and took her time to explain. I would highly recommend her grooming services!”
“We’ve worked with Anthea since our 4yr old Working Cocker Spaniel was a small puppy and she’s been absolutely brilliant since day one. He needs plenty of exercise as well as mental stimulation, and she provides both for him with long and engaging walks. He absolutely loves her and races to the door as soon as he hears her voice. It’s tricky to find dog walkers who really understand the needs of working breeds, but Anthea just gets it and provides the training and discipline he needs as well as the fun, challenge and adventure. She has years of experience and excellent advice - we don’t know what we’d do without her!”
“Thank you, Kim and Danielle, for the excellent grooming of Terri and Reuben, my Parson Russell Terriers! They look so pristine and smell divine! I love the pink and blue bows attached to their collars. What a lovely idea! I highly recommend this family-run local business based in Lyne. First class service.”
“First class service from Ditton Dogs. Suzy is so friendly and professional, my dog loves her too. So glad I found Ditton Dogs.”
“We have used Jeannie to walk and board our dog for a number of years. Our dog loves her and is always thrilled when she sees Jeannie. She also has groomed Lulu beautifully. Jeannie is responsive and completely reliable and totally professional and also kind and helpful.. We feel very lucky to have found Jeannie.”
