“People need to be realistic instead of complaining , it’s a car parts suppliers so why do you have such high expectations , your paying next to nothing for your parts , they are all Chinese Japanese imports , the counter and warehouse staff are all on minimum wage so how can you expect them to be overly enthusiastic ? There is always a long que because these places are understaffed because the upper management are cutting costs so the poor chaps in the workshop are getting overworked to the point they give up and do what they can . Instead complaining and expecting so much be a abit patient , if you want world class service go to the dealership and pay more than twice as much for your parts . If you want parts for cheap as chips deal with the service you get , some people in slough are deluded and have to high expectations - be real - you get what you pay for in life .”

“Took my 911 to Onyx to have the springs changed for a set of 20mm lowered Eibachs. Really friendly service, a nice clean unit and Ben kept me fully up to date on everything going on. Received the car back and although the job took a lot longer than they thought, they only charged me a bit more. Still a very good price compared to what independent Porsche garages wanted, and the Onyx facility looked a lot better than most of those too. Really pleased with how the car looks now, and the handing/ride hasn't been adversely affected - it really feels planted to the road now. While I was there I couldn't resist a run on the dyno, something I've not done for many years! Definitely a lot of fun, and nice to get a graph to put with the folder of my car, along with the videos of it on the rollers. If you have a performance car definitely do this if you are local. All in all, a great bunch of lads with a nice business/facility going, and I'm sure I'll be back at some point. Thanks!”

Within 24 hours of my car being recovered I had a phone call from a very helpful and knowledgeable Emir who spoke with me about the car’s history and then worked out the issue on my car after spending 1 hour of diagnosing. He resolved the issue that most mechanics refused to even look at without charging me ££££ in diagnostics fees. Emir handled everything with full support from the beginning to the end and really has proven that there are honest and reliable people out there. “First of all I am absolutely stunned to read the negative feedback below! I couldn't have had a better or more enjoyable service than I received. I booked my 2020 M2 competition in for a minor service, from first contact with John i knew i was going ahead with him (even though id been quoted cheaper elsewhere) he booked me in within a week which was a big convenience. John discovered an issue with my car that should have been addressed before i even collected it brand new never mind when it went in for its 1200 mile RIS service... Some apprentice had left it in transport mode so John had no access to the iDrive to update... Sorted within 5 minutes of him informing me of his troubles. Collected the car this evening and had a good chat with John and Debbie, two great people and I will not hesitate to head back for any future needs! “Our car overheated on the way to the airport, we managed to get it to Golden Keys as it was the nearest garage and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We were so lucky to stumble across them. Not only did they squeeze us in despite being really busy but they fixed the issue whilst we was away on holiday. Price was more than reasonable and Ash communicated really well with us every step of the way. They even cleaned up the car and checked for any other issues too. Great garage and really good people. Highly reccomend, they made a big issue for us a really easy fix!”

“Great, fast service. Had problem with the gear lever on my Citroen caught the guys just before they were closing Thursday evening. Ray knew exactly what the problem was. Took my reg so he could order the part needed asked me to pop back in the next day. Arrived test run and exact problem team thought it would be. Part arrived and fitted while I waited. An hour later I was on my way problem fixed. This is the second time I’ve dealt with Ray and his team. Definitely recommend them. Honest and friendly as a woman I hate having to visit garages.
