The first engineer who came to look at the boiler said it couldn't be fixed and we needed to have a new one installed. We had a feeling this was not the case, so we asked Mark for a second opinion. Mark was very thorough, and worked out that we just needed to change a faulty piece of equipment. It's now working perfectly fine! Definitively value for money. The click and collect service is great, as with other times I had to pop in store to purchase something which was not available on click and collect. The staff have always been polite, and my recent visit to the store today was seamless. I went in to collect a reserved item which was engine oil. I was served by Yasine who was helpful, I was literally in and out of the store within 2 mins flat!
