“I’ve been going to The YOU Clinic in Chiswick for a while, and I couldn’t recommend it more. Sonya, the owner, is super efficient, accommodating and proactive when it comes to appointments or any questions, which makes everything so easy. The clinic itself has a really welcoming feel, comfortable and clean. I have to give a special shout-out to Ivana, who is absolutely fantastic, providing a top-notch treatment, I’m super happy with the results, which is thanks to her skill and expertise. Beyond that, she’s a lovely person - so thoughtful, hard working and professional. She’s easy to talk to and remembers what we’ve discussed in previous sessions, which is such a nice touch. Every visit has been consistently great, and I really appreciate that. The prices are reasonable for the area. The shop is very peaceful and quiet comparing to other nail salons on the main high street of West Hampstead which I really appreciated. I really liked Judi, she is kind friendly and attentive and has a very poaitive vibe around her, so did her colleague who was looking after another client.They made me feel comfortable even though both my nails and toes are in terrible condition because I chew them. They were not judgmental at all about their condition and made me feel at ease at once even though I was stressed about presenting them to others. It would be nice if they offered a loyalty card. I will come back again when nails will need to be redone.”

“if you are looking for a comfortable, efficient, Personal experience please come to this spa/salon! I loved my experience. I just wanted to get my gel removed from my nails and they charged the average gel removal price (£10) which was great. I had passed by two nail salons I found on google that were actually closed for Easter and thank God I did! The ladies here are fantastic. They have a great system of appointments where people are coming in and out getting their eyebrows and waxing done and no one seems to be waiting long! It made me want to get my eyebrows threaded. I sat for 10 minutes maximum as a walk in and she took so much care in removing my gel. She let it soak in ten foil for a good amount of time before she scraped my nails which I reallllly appreciate. My nails look great thanks to them. I am definitely coming back!”

“We visited this lovely Beauty Spa during our recent London trip. It is run by a lovely couple Nick & Ya Ya. Both of them are very friendly and welcoming. Yaya has great manicure & pedicure skills while the other staff, Nadia, is great at her massage skills. The salon is 2 mins walk from Hampstead’s Underground which is super convenient. The salon is rather small however it is full of friendly neighbourhood vibe which we enjoy a lot. The price is reasonable so we will definitely visit again.”
