I have been using them for over 12 years as before they were in smaller premises. I am very pleased with the eyebrow threading and find the staff very accommodating to my needs. I was pleased to get my appointment and even though last minute they had spa room prepared , warm and inviting. They gave adequate time for me to change and get dressed afterwards. They have quality products and thanks to their high tech CCTV, no matter how packed the shop is my belongings are always safe. These ladies have become family to me.
