“I think the classes are really good. All the coaches are very professional and very dynamic. I absolutely love the spin classes. I have been to many other providers in London and these spin classes are the best in my opinion. I like that the atmosphere is so supportive between members too, it just feels good to be in those classes. Maybe the gym area is a bit small, I do not use the changing rooms as I live nearby. I am yet to go to the swimming pool.”

“It's very easy to tell that Sarah is a 'cat person'. The setup is lovely and I was amazed as how easily my two cats settled in to the room for the 6 days they were to spend here. On return home they were so chilled out and it felt to us a good indication of the care they'd been given during their stay. My son absolutely loved the postcard that arrived the next day from the cats saying what a great time they were having too! Everything felt like the cats are the priority over all else, with an appreciation that it can be stressful leaving your animals with someone else when you go away. I tried gel nails late October, and to my amazement, they lasted perfectly for over 4 weeks! (No chips or wear after that, I just returned as they were growing out). The staff were all super friendly and lovely and they did my nails exactly as I wanted. I have returned this month and just as my last visit, my nails are perfectly neat and 2 weeks later no signs of wear, even though I do a lot with my hands. Thank you.
