“Lovely place with some of the best coffee I’ve had - intense flavour without the bitterness that a lot of the bigger coffee franchises have. Pastries+cakes looked really fresh and nice as well. Ambience is great, and the owner is highly invested and really kind to his staff. He designed everything himself, which I think is so impressive! “The 8 tourist individuals supplier (Mercedes Vito) was really large. We had lots of luggage together with hand baggage nevertheless this was all carried away completely leaving all of us with lots of leg space in the cars and truck. Our trip to Gatwick was smooth as well as an unwinded and an excellent begin to our holiday. Containers of water were offered in the auto for everyone. Overall a terrific experience, however. “Couldn’t have picked a better place for a delicious, filling, authentic curry meal for our first night in London. Our server was very friendly and helpful. We did not know this was a BYOB establishment, and when he realized that we’d wished we had known that, he told us to run next door and buy some beers from Aldi - and he saved the table for us! We are Americans and did not know how to properly eat our prawn puri appetizer, so he comically showed us the way. Food was 10/10 delicious. We cleaned our plates - which is rare for us. Maybe we were just hungry from the long day of travel, but I think there is something very special about this place. You will not be disappointed if you visit Akash!”
