“I have had many bred shed burgers and breakfast muffins in my time. What can I say, always banging food. I always visit when I'm in the area. Chicken burgers are definitely my favourite. Onion jam with sausage muffin is all must. Yes, a little pricey but quality for sure. Thanks Ben”

“They are BACK! The team at Simla Balti make easily the best curry I’ve ever come across in the South East and I’m so glad they have reopened after over 3 months closure. The food is delicious, always piping hot and consistently amazing. They will customise all your favourites just how you want them, little bit hotter or not, sauce from one with chicken from another dish etc. Great prices and really friendly staff. “Food was good and the staff friendly (Elise-sorry if I’ve misremembered your name). The place was clean and comfortable with easy parking. There was a small delay with the food being served at that particular time due to a wake being held in another private room but we were kept informed and apologies were offered. Would recommend The Chelsfield Arms.”

“Our last walk of the year on the 30th Dec 2023, resulted in us having a small refreshment stop here. We were warmly welcomed, upon entering this gem of a traditional pub. The menu looked to be a great choice of the usual pub food. I'll note here that there's a large selection of pies. Which included their Festive December Pie. We weren't hungry on this occasion so chose their basket food, which was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. The rest room facilities were clean and tidy, and I'll note the men's was larger than most for this area. A queue for these would be a rare thing I'd say. In summary a cosy atmosphere, and warm unlike many pubs I've visited recently. I am looking forward to another walk in this area, so I can try out the pies of The George and Dragon.”
