“I’ve been dealing with horrible headaches and lower back (lumbar) in pregnancy and post partum, and after trying countless remedies with little success, I decided to give acupuncture a try. I’m so glad I did! Scot was the professional who assisted me, and I can’t speak highly enough of his approach. He was incredibly patient, took the time to understand my concerns, and explained every step of the process clearly. After just a few sessions, I started noticing a significant improvement in both my headaches and back pain. Scot’s technique is effective, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. If you’re considering acupuncture for any chronic pain or discomfort, I highly recommend this clinic—especially Scot. He truly made a difference in my quality of life. Thank you!”
“Luca is an absolute artist - phenomenal quality, it’s not just a hair cut! His customer service is exceptional. Personalised service. I will never go anywhere else and would travel hours and miles to have him cut my hair if I moved or he moved; as I’m sure all his customers would!”

“After a frightening experience and sudden emergency situation,my friend was taken to Watford General Hospital. Their care and aftercare wad amazing and we are so grateful, but their Blood Clinic needs sorting out! After having been sent there for an URGENT! blood test....his name was 1 minute at the top of the screen then the next minute at the bottom and 30 mins was nearly up! He wasn't well and was getting stressed, one lady receptionist was fairly pleasant, but one male wasn't....so l give the hospital 5 stars but the Blood Clinic 2!”
“Been sectioned 3 times in 5 years, have previously been sectioned when the wards were upstairs, and a couple of other admissions, great groups, nice staff, weird experiences involving the patients and few staff, but overall nice place, lots of nice doctors and nurses and other support staff, really liked the lily room.”

“I did the Fundamentals and then moved on to do my MA with the Institute of Psychosynthesis, London. This has been my most life altering experience and i hope all those searching for more and meaning to life should give themselves this gift. It is a deeply evoking and moving experience. I have learnt what it means to come home to myself through a long journey with my tutors, facilitators and cohort members. They have A class facilitators who have 3 - 4 decades of experience in this field. So you will be in good hands. Good luck for those choosing to undertake this journey. See you on the other side.”

““Inspiring our children and community to be the very best that they can be!” As a Trustee I feel really privileged and proud to be involved in this journey. “Inclusive” is not only our name but core to everything we do to help our community fulfil the hopes and dreams of our children. Every day our 3 Watford primary schools – Beechfield, Cherry Tree and Laurance Haines work closely together to create great opportunities which inspire our pupils to learn and develop skills to adapt and succeed in our ever changing world. Each school is very much a part of the local community with its own distinct characteristics and curriculum –we don’t believe that one size fits all but a nurturing philosophy underlines everything we do. As part of a group of schools we provide opportunities for our children to participate and share in exciting projects across the schools – whether sporting, outdoors or creative - for example our art display in Watford Museum or the more recent song written and performed to celebrate and thank Covid-19 key workers. Supporting our people to succeed is a core belief and strength – we are lucky to include former pupils among our teaching staff! Working together enables the sharing and development of best practice whilst addressing workload too. Good career progression is available across the Trust schools. “if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together – African Proverb”
“We’re so lucky that we found Karen when our dog was a tiny puppy and we’ve been with her ever since. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough, and our dog absolutely loves her.”
“GMC is a fantastic GP surgery. All of the GP’s are very knowledgeable and kind and are able to provide guidance tailored to your needs and very efficient. I always feel comfortable with what I need to do and reassured when necessary also. The reception team are brilliant and always willing to help where possible and Kate especially has become a lovely familiar face over the years. I cannot recommend the GP surgery enough and am so appreciative of their support since I registered a few years ago. An example of what a local GP surgery should be. Well done team!”
