I dealt primarily with Derrick over email, who was incredibly professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He guided me through the whole process and arranged for the collection of the items. The driver who came to collect the collection was also professional, punctual, and friendly, and everything went very smoothly. Derrick kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. The collection was thoughtfully split across three auction sales, and the first one has now been completed—every item in that sale was sold. I am so pleased with the overall experience and grateful for how sensitively and efficiently the whole process was handled.
