“Due to a set of unfortunate circumstances, I had a mouth full of rotten hooves for teeth. I was too embarrassed to leave my house. I must have called every dentist south of Watford but stopped when I got to GM Dental in Barnet. I called and spoke to Shiva who finally got me to stop crying...she's very soothing. And she'll hum you into a state of serenity. As for Sophie in reception, she is Wonder Woman, super efficient and helpful beyond words. Then there's Nika, without hesitation the best dentist I've ever had and I've had loads. So gentle and reassuring, she is unbelievably good at her job..the encouragement is unmatched. But most importantly these ladies are lovely humans who will take care of you when you're maybe not smiling as often as you should. If you unsure or feel insecure, go and see these ladies. They've really changed my life and I can't thank them enough.”

His teaching is excellent, second to none, it’s so absorbing, extensive and endless such as technique, balance, character of dance, turns, swivels, spirals, leading, following, the hold , posture, count, timing , hip rotation pendulum action, swing, sway , foot positioning etc covering the wide array of Latin American and Ballroom dances in International style.I am totally engrossed. Both are really attentive to the students in private classes and group classes to make sure we get it right, never taking their eyes off the ball, they don’t miss a thing. It’s quite exceptional how they focus on men and women in equal measure. One revelation to me is learning how to dance beautifully with anyone of any experience or standard , whether an absolute beginner or an advance professional dancer. . The Gala, Cabaret and Medal Nights are so slick, setting, choreography, lighting, photography. It’s so exciting to take part. One of the benefits of dancing, I find, is emotional and mental well-being which positively impacts all other areas of my life and which no medication can prescribe without serious side effects. The only serious side effect of this is becoming a FABULOUS DANCER.I am thrilled for myself that I am at Forever.”
