Many thanks as well to Dr Ahmed Sheish who was also very kind in helping in some appointments. However, we have faced many issues with booking further appointments since they often deny booking appointments at times we request at the practice even though we are happy to wait. “Perfect Birthday Party Venue. The venue turned out to be excellent in every aspect for my toddler's birthday party. The space , the food , the hosting & car park facility. The hotel hall was perfect for our 40 guest list with one wall side fittingly suitable for decor as suggested by them. The food was top notch. The Lotus stem appetizer and Jackfruit Biryani were the stars of the day . They had arranged for nice welcome drinks and catered separately for children’s food as well. We were able to make a corner for kids play. The best thing was there was adequate parking in the venue which the guests really appreciated. They also had a bar facility but we did not use . Thanks for making the event a huge success as it was the first party for our little one . Would definitely recommend Ember & Mist as an event venue . I like to thank and acknowledge the helpfulness of the staff and the understanding of Ember - Mist managers.”

“I saw both a hygienist and a dentist. Both experiences were excellent. The receptionist were welcoming and pleasant. The hygienist worked quietly and considerately ensuring I was comfortable throughout. He explained what he was doing and at the end discussed how effective my cleaning was and the best way to proceed. The dentist was also welcoming, checked my teeth and showed me where I could have some further work done. There was no pressure but I decided to have it done. Throughout I felt secure in what I was being told and what was being done.”

The room was lovely and even though the room I booked was not air conditioned l, it was quite cool! 10 minute walk to South Harrow station which is served by the Piccadilly Line and a 5 minute bus ride to Harrow-on-the-Hill for the Metropolitan Line. Bus stop is in front of the hotel and buses are extremely frequent, every 5 to 8 minutes.”

The staff over there was very helpful and everything was neat and clean. We got to see Dr Abbey who was really friendly, knowledgeable and listened to everything and aske all necessary questions. She asked me to check her temperature, discussed the symptoms and asked me to show the affected area with medical specialist web camera. It was really easy to use. Overall the system was used friendly. Once the consultation finished then she sent the prescription to the pharmacy so we just had to pick up the medicines from there and go. I really recommend this service as well as Webber pharmacy. I didn't feel much difference between face to face appointment and this online GP consultation. It saved both my money and time.
