“My little one and I have just completed the Baby Development course run by Frances. As a new mum it's quite nerve-wracking trying a baby sensory class wondering whether it's the right one for you and your baby, and having tried a few it's safe to say that we have found the perfect class for me and my baby. The classes have been quite small and intimate which has allowed us to get to know Frances well, as well as interact with other new mums. She is really invested in all the babies and parents that attend her session. We love her sessions, have learnt baby massage skills which I still use on my baby every evening as part of his bed time routine as well as some of the sign language and songs. We can't wait for discovery tots which is the next level up from baby development.”

“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

“Consistently good experience at Iceland Supermarket Bexleyheath. The store is well run and the staff are helpful. Arafat on the till was particularly good . He is always polite, efficient, and calm, even when things were busy. Checkout was quick and well managed, which made the visit easy and pleasant. Credit to the team, and especially to him.”

“Our son has been attending Bexley Forest Nursery and Pre School for 2 years and he has really enjoyed his time here. It is a wonderful environment for children to play in and the staff are fantastic and very caring. We could have sent him to a nursery nearer to our house but I'm so glad we chose Bexley Forest and we will send his sibling there as well when he is old enough. Very highly recommended!”

“My son has been attending since he turned 2 in March 2024. I couldn't be more happy with Tish and her team. The children's welfare and happiness is of the most importance. They staff are all so loving and kind and you can see they are happy because they have amazing leadership. Tish has gone above and beyond for my son and your child will definitely not be a number. I honestly can't thank the team enough for the love and care they give my son. She is so invested in making sure the children reach their full potential and being where they should be or getting them the help to do so. My son will be staying with them until he starts reception as I know he is in the best place.”

“Both my daughters attended singing lessons here and within a few months their singing voices had massively improved. They both really enjoyed the classes and really liked that it was a smaller class, which allowed them to learn and focus more on their voices. The perks as a parent was the shows at the end of each term and I was very impressed that you received a report on their progress and what they would be working on to improve next. It also was an added bonus that some acting was apart of the session as the girls are actresses, so they received an extra lesson with Little voices in a smaller setting. Both girls obtained a distinction in their first LAMDA singing exam and was very pleased with themselves, especially my youngest daughter who started out not being able to sing confidently. Would definitely recommend Little Voices, Lucy is a talented and great teacher.”

“Absolutely brilliant preschool! We couldn’t be happier with our experience. My child absolutely loves it here—such a huge contrast to the other nurseries he tried, which he really didn’t enjoy. He settled in so quickly, and now he looks forward to going every single morning. He always comes home in a great mood, which speaks volumes. The preschool itself is clean and incredibly well-organised. The children are engaged in different, creative activities every day and are learning so much without even realizing it—it’s amazing to see the progress. “Eric and Linda have made my cat’s stay an absolute delightful experience for him. He had his own toys, treats and warm attention from Eric and Linda. I could tell he loved it! Our mind was peaceful whilst on holiday undoubtedly. What really has touched us is how helpful they were when my car got a flat tyre. They changed it manually with the spare one with their friends whilst they were having a birthday party! With the genuine and warm heart, you and your cat will get more than the service in chalet!
