“We popped in to look at some soft furnishings after previously visiting and having a very happy experience about two years ago.. So thinking we’d have a look about which we did only for the staff to recognise us (from 2 years previously) and be aware of what we had purchased and where we were from.. absolutely outstanding service, the owner should be very very happy with his staff. The service we always receive is second to none. So to be recognised from a previous purchase is fantastic.. Btw the furniture we purchased is still as new… So no need to go to the big furniture companies and be a number, just visit The London Road Furniture Company and feel as an individual and very valued.. “We had our first visit with our new puppy, Clootie, and were really impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience very positive. The vet gave Clootie a thorough check-up and provided clear advice on vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. We appreciated the information on pet insurance — it’s a challenging area to navigate, so the temporary Pet Plan cover was a helpful way to give us time to research other options. The health plan offered by the practice also seems like a great way to support Clootie’s ongoing care. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and look forward to future visits. Thank you!”

“We’ve had a few pizzas now from several Red Pizza Van and they’re consistently amazing, fresh, tasty flavourful, and clearly made with care. The team is absolutely lovely: always polite, kind, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. If I may offer one small piece of feedback, it’s that the dough it's a little too salty. Just a touch less salt would make an already excellent pizza truly perfect. Thank you for the great food and service, we’ll definitely keep coming back!”

Very food on price so if struggling cos of cost of living go here and this shop will help u stay above water so u n family won't go hungry cos of soaring prices well yogurt at asda/tesco/Iceland etc £2 lidi price £0.89 see the difference so I don't understand why those shops are more expensive when lidi is good on price I feel lidi put people first where the other shops put profit first hope u all agree Have a nice day”

“Usual wide variety of different lines. Plenty of space for social distancing and well signed instructions to help. Staff all have a bright positive attitude and have continued to help their customers all through the lockdowns. Alot of other stores should follow their example.”

“I absolutely love this shop , they make use of all the space and stock a surprising amount of items at reasonable prices , I find them friendly when we come to Shoreham for a mini break and I find the appearance with the red and white quaint and 'villagey' and we would not come to Shoreham without this shop! 8pm close time is fab as well :-)”

“I’m one of those shoppers who scrutinise the labels to check what ingredients everything has as well as trying to eat as ‘clean’ as possible. I will shop in 3-4 supermarkets to cut down my weekly expenditure but recently, Aldi is my ‘Go To’ store. I have to say that I am seriously impressed with the quality ( and the price ) of all fresh meats, hams, chicken and fish. I also love that their fresh produce mostly comes from British farms. I am not vegetarian but there is a good selection to choose from if you are. Gluten free produce is also available. I can recommend their Sirloin steaks, Fresh Salmon, Cooked and uncooked Chicken Breasts, Beef ( joint and minced) Wiltshire Ham and their eggs are extra good value. On those items alone, I save between £10-15 per shop. I can also recommend Aldi ice creams/lollies ( special treat days) as they taste just as good as the branded ones but considerably cheaper. It’s a pleasant ‘quick’ shop but I have to admit that I spend a ridiculous amount of time down the ‘Isle of Shame’ Everyone loves a bargain right?!!”

“I really like Sainsbury’s Café. It’s very clean and tidy, which makes it a nice place to sit and eat. The food is lovely, with plenty of different options to choose from. The staff are great – really friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a nice spot to relax and enjoy a good meal. I definitely recommend it!”

“Recently started in reception and my son loves it, All the staff we have met so far are lovely and has a great outdoor area for the kids to play. The lunch meals are all really tasty too and there is a great selection along with a salad bar (which even though my son won’t touch it’s nice to have the option).”

The staff here are amazing they go up and beyond for the children here, they always update the online journal daily where I was able to access it from home and see what my daughter has been doing for the day. They helped with toilet training encouraged her communication and boosted her confidence. The start to her educational chapter has been a breeze knowing she had such a great start here at St Edith’s pre-school.”
