“The bully manager is finally gone, and the staff are so much happier now. In the past, the previous manager talked down to employees, even siding with rude patients, and I even witnessed staff being shouted at — it created a very negative environment. Since the change, things have completely turned around and the difference is clear to see. The pharmacist is excellent and always helpful. “Definitely recommend this pharmacy! All staff are so welcoming and friendly and have always gone above and beyond to help me out, even though they were never my original go-to pharmacy: such as ordering in emergency medication when I was in dire need, adding reminders/texts when my items are available and even becoming familiar with my meds and asking if I knew how to use each variety of medication and explaining it to me (sounds simple I know, but many other pharmacists do not do this and just give you the bag).
