“My elderly Father has been taking his beloved cat Bubbles to the PDSA for years but recently has not been very happy with their service & treatment. I suggested Vets at home as I used to take my dog to my local store. As soon as she was on the table & after a little explaining of her symptoms, she was diagnosed, recieved an injection, medication given & suggestions of other products & ideas of things we could try to help her. My Father was so happy & said he felt so at ease as soon as he walked in. We just had a feeling she was going to get the care we have waited months & months to get elsewhere. Thank you Vets at home! “We stay at a lot of Premier Inn’s when going on mini-breaks with the kids and this is probably the favourite one we’ve stayed in. Excellent location, close to Warner Bros / Harry Potter tour. Room (Quad / Family) was clean and spacious. Great air conditioning too. Breakfast (cooked by Frank) was delicious and well presented (Eggs were cooked to order). All of the staff (especially Marie/Maria) were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The whole place had a nice, relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend.”

“A first class service from beginning to end. With an annual holiday coming up, I asked whether they could complete the repair to my vehicle by a certain date - they met that date. Very impressive. Matthew, at Fastlane, promised I would receive updates every three days as to the progress being made to repair my vehicle; this duly happened. The only reason I used Fastlane was because of a friend and colleague who had used them twice before and could not praise them highly enough. I certainly was not disappointed, as to their customer service or the quality of the repair. Fill credit goes to Matthew who was highly focused, polite and efficient at all times. So, my thanks once again, to Matthew and all the staff at Fastlane for a job well done.”

“We were very impressed with this place. Big, clean and very attentive staff. Shout out to the amazing medic who treated my daughter with such care when she hurt her leg (in the changing area... “My daughter started experiencing constipation 10 days after her birth and she is now 5 years old. I have seen countless doctors for 5 years. Numerous treatments were applied, blood tests were constantly performed in hospitals. She was seen by private doctors and we did not get any results. They was given very strong medications and she went to the toilet two or three times a month until we met Dr. Daniel Cresp. Our doctor, who welcomed us with his smiling face and sincerity, applied the correct medication to my daughter and my daughter easily meets her toilet needs every day. Mothers understand me very well. My child is in pain every day. While she was suffering from pain, now she can go to the toilet without any pain and with less medication, she has started to eat and sleep, and most importantly, my daughter is very happy. “Great activity for kids. Clean, tidy and lots of fun! Tickets are good value but you have to buy and use their own socks which adds to the cost first time round. Soft play for under 5s and younger jumper section cordoned off from main area which is nice for smaller ones. Cafe didn't open until 9:30am although our ticket was from 9am so spectators or jumpers might have to wait if first in. Other areas include a dodgeball arena, crash pit, basketball trampoline court. Spectators can sit in cafe which is upstairs and good view of whole place.”
