“Katy was very helpful, and has sorted out my problem quickly. After listening to my problem, she asked me some lifestyle questions to get an idea of what may be making my issue worse that might not have been thought of before. She then explained that she focuses not only on treating the issue, but trying to ensure it doesn't happen again. She made connections between my issue and general things I do that might be exacerbating the problem, that I had considered. On top of treatment during our session and exercises to complete at home, she also suggested some small changes that would prevent the issue returning. After following her advice, I was greatly improved by our next session. I also found Katy to be easy to talk to, as she made the environment as comfortable as possible for me. “NCAD is a wonderful dance and musical theatre school run by Sarah Jackson. My daughter had tremendous fun during her time at NCAD, especially starring in their shows! Sarah manages to get the balance between laid back and encouraging ambition. Children who just want to have fun are welcome here and there are great opportunities for those who wish to take their performing arts seriously. You can take your dance G.C.S.E. and several NCAD protégées have gone on to star in West End shows. Class prices are very reasonable to so all in all this is a great place for your child to come to explore the performing arts and grow into a talented and successful professional if that's what they want to do.”

“We have loved ballet classed with Miss Lika. Since our daughter was small she has really enjoyed the classes. Prima School of Ballet make their classes fun, very engaging and really inspiring and as a result our daughter has developed a love for ballet. We highly recommend them.”

“David and Kim teach with such grace and care … firstly to actually teach proper leading and following; but secondly, to build and craft the group ethos in their classes where you can focus on your technique and learning at the same time as connecting with like-minded people who love to dance. They are true professional dance teachers and we have seen so many people (me and my partner included) go from absolute beginner to being able to dance confidently in social milongas under their tutelage”

“Dilek is the best ballet teacher I’ve ever trained with. She really cares about the individual improvement of all her pupils and pushes you to be the best dancer you can be. The atmosphere she creates at the school and in her classes is friendly, supportive and fun. As an adult ballet dancer, I could not recommend her enough!”

“Fantastic ballet school. My daughter has been attending for the past few months. We have tried other ballet schools within the area, but found that there was not enough attention and ethos on learning, they seemed more focused on playing games and entertaining the children. With Nutcracker ballet school you really get a mixture of learning and fun. The lessons are very structured and allot of thought and effort goes into them. Would definitely recommend.”

“I made an appointment for Tuesday 18th with Lucas as I had been experiencing pain and tightness in my left hip area and left upper thigh. I was unable to sleep on my left side, with walking and sitting also feeling uncomfortable! In just one appointment Lucas has managed to improve both areas hugely, where I can now sleep on my left side again and I am sitting and moving pain free! I have booked another appointment just to give him more time to see if he can soften the area further! Whilst I no longer compete in top level sport, I have come across many massage therapists in my time! I can honest say what Lucas has done in one session is fantastic! “I was suffering from neck pain and exhausted all NHS treatment so I decided to give one last chance to get rid of 2 years of pain. I am a former professional athlete, still regularly training so this pain was really bothering me. I walked into the clinic, Martha treated me with her magic hands and I walked away pain free. It was a true miracle! The pain and stiffness returned after a few days although much less severe, I say 50% as Martha had anticipated. I then saw Martha weekly for a further 4 treatments and the symptoms were getting better and better. After the 5th session, differently from all other physiotherapists I tried in the past, she recommended to wait and see rather than having more treatment. 3 weeks later the pain had totally disappeared and I was still training, so no disruption to my routine. 6 weeks later I am still pain free and I can finally move my neck without any problems, I can read books and watch TV without having to constantly move, stretch and use all sorts of techniques to try and live a normal life. All of this without taking any medication which I am strongly against. As said I have tried many physiotherapists in the past and Martha is surely the best, au pair with the physiotherapist we had in the national rowing team in the 90s. I will surely see Martha again for all my joints' trouble which inevitably will show up with age.”

I've been to my GP on numerous occasions who just offered me various pain killers to try, but I really wanted to get to the root of my problem. I went to see Dr Blair and I can't believe the difference in just a few sessions. She was very patient & friendly considering I was a little on the nervous side, and really puts you at ease. After only a few treatments, I feel 100%. She advised that I come back every 12 weeks for an adjustment to keep me in tip top shape. She genuinely cares and not just after more money. “I’ve been seeing Peter King at the King clinic as needed for the last 4 or 5 years through random golf injuries, primarily lower and mid back. I’ve made the mistake of going to other clinics because I needed an emergency appointment, most mediocre which highlights how good peter is his level of knowledge is amazing. I always leave feeling like I’ve been treated well and within a day or so I always feel better. I usually pay via medical insurance but I now get maintenance sessions every other month which I pay out of my own pocket. I highly recommend Peter, if I can’t get an appointment I just wait longer! 5 stars!!”
