“I visited Woking branch yesterday in the hope of tracking down a pair of arch fit slip ons in my size which were not available on line or at another branch I had tried. The two assistants who came to my aid were so nice and helpful. They ordered my size and to my delight were delivered to my home around 24 hrs later. “Paula did the flowers for my mother in law’s funeral in April. She produced a beautiful coffin spray and two pedestal arrangements. She chatted with me about the colours and style and did so with real care and sensitivity. The results were breathtaking and really suited the occasion but also my mother in law.
