“I visited Baccarat last week for an overdue hair cut and as always managed to get an appointment at the last moment, you can always rely Baccarat to fit you in and meet your needs, which is very much appreciated as I know they are always busy and popular. As always I was welcomed by warm friendly staff with an happy and relaxed environment and seen to straight away, offered refreshments and taken care of by the staff. I had my hair cut by the fab Marco who is very professional and good at listening to what you want and meeting your needs which results in a great hair cut! I have also experienced haircut by other team members and can say I was very pleased with the results. I can confidently recommend Baccarat team to family, friends and others and give them 5/5 star rating!”

“I e been using this mail studio for years. Their value is in how well the place is run. The manager is on top of all customers. Always best to call and book first, but they frequently allow walk ins. I also use their Dermalogica facials, if you go for the 1 h 10 minutes, you get the most awesome massage too. I have visited many of these places over the years, and this time I’m happy to stick with just Orchid Studio. The image show my nails after 2 weeks, as an indication on how well the get stay on.”

“Had a watch that needed fixing — took it to Timpson in Elmers End but they couldn’t repair it. Brought it to Vasconez Silver in Beckenham instead, and they sorted it out really quickly! The mother and daughter team were so friendly and professional. Honestly, the mother’s hands are blessed by the gods! I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future watch or jewellery repairs.
