“I can't thank more Tony and Henry who treated my back pain. I lost my sleep for so many days due to my back issue. They have diagonsed the issue correctly and gave me the treatment. Tony and Henry both are very knowledgable and very patiently listen to my complaints. They have explained me about the root casue of the issue and about the treatment very well. “I initially moved my son from his first nursery (Monkey Puzzle in Uxbridge) as he just didnt enjoy going in and due to his speech delay he was unable to communicate his feelings but there were worries that he was being mistreated in that nursery as he would repeat phrases in a shouty manner that we would never use at home (why are you crying I'm here??? Be quiet! Go sit down now!) After deciding to move him to another nursery I attended Busy bees in person and shared my concerns with the assistant manager Sian who was at the main reception that particular day. She reassured me and arranged a tour of the nursery a few days later where myself, my husband and son were able to have a look around and we had a a lovely chat with Lauren in the preschool room about how a typical day in the nursery would be and how they monitor each childs progress again the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. After our visit our son was instantly warmed by the happy playful environment. He surprisingly settled within a week of attending. His speech, interaction and communication has all really come through as well as his attention. He has honestly been thriving here and although I'm sad he will be leaving the nursery to start school in September - I am ever so grateful for the staff especially Tammy for shaping up his academic journey from here ahead.”

“I am a 'mature' student who joined West London School of Guitar 3 years ago as a total beginner with a battered second hand electric guitar and no real idea of what I wanted to achieve. In that time, I've gone from learning simple chord progressions and melodies to playing classical pieces, learning a range of different and challenging techniques, sight reading and music theory and regular improvisation classes with other students (and acquiring a couple of new guitars en route!). We're also encouraged and given guidance to set ourselves goals on a regular basis and we work together to make these goals a reality. WLSoG wants all the students to be the best guitarists they can possibly be with an understanding of musical concepts as well as techniques. No stone is left un-turned on this route and students make great progress in a positive and friendly teaching environment. This is the best thing I've done in ages. Well beyond my expectations. A personal credit to him and his staff. Mr Cowling is highly respected by both staff AND students. - Facilities and Cleanliness of the school is unbelievable. - Brand new resources. - Students have their heads down in all of the classrooms i visited. - Equipment; formidable! All Apple computers and screens. - Well funded and beyond my comprehension. - Wonderful , open, spacious outdoor space. “It's a good shop although when I tried to charge up my gas card they told me that this service is no longer available, because Paypoint are dictating to the shop owner that each day he has to go to the Bank & pay the money in, Paypoint will not let them pay the money in each week. I then said what about bank transfer, he replied, then they charge you. He also said people look online in relation to where they can charge up there Gas/electric meter & because Paypoint won't remove them from website they end up traveling from where ever for nothing, fortunately there is a shop a couple of doors along where you can do the above, although he said they do not stay open as long. I experience similar problems with PayPal, eBay,. etc. Everything is a headache nowadays, the internet is a curse.”
