“I have had a mole on my back for years which really bothered me and I thought was so ugly. The NHS would not remove it so I was so glad I found Samantha at Complexshone. She made me feel so comfortable and she was really caring and professional. The treatment room was very clean and Samantha explained the process very clearly to me. She explained she could not remove the mole but she could do a treatment to reduce the mole and after the healing was complete, the mole is virtually gone. I never knew this was possible and I’m so happy with the results and would definitely go back for anything else I need.”

“Imane has been my go to laser spot for over a year now, she is the kindest most wonderful person and so accommodating to any need. I have done tons of expensive laser in the past and after many sessions still had hair, I’ve consistently gone to her and seen miraculous permanent results. I have tried waxing, micro needling, and several of her services as well and everything has been phenomenal. Her prices are extremely fair, her studio is clean and so welcoming and cozy. “After much deliberation over my steadily declining eyebrows, i did some research and saw some really good reviews for Nicole. I booked a consultation and was impressed how professional her home set up is. I felt listened to and she walked me through everything i had any reservations about. I went in for my first appointment which took a little under 3 hours. Nicole painstakingly mapped my brow shape, drew them on and from there we tweaked it to a shape i was happy with. The tattooing machine itself was not painful, more a little grating towards the ens. Once the outline was completed Nicole popped some numbing gel on so i didn't feel anything in the main. Upong completion, we had a look together, added a couple of bits where we agreed it was necessary. Then she talked me through the aftercare. I have a top up appointment coming up which is included in the 1st appt costs. I have been thrilled with how well they have turned out and i have had so many complementa on how natural they look. This is exactly what i wanted to achieve. I can't recommend Nicole enough Pictures added to show one day after and 2 weeks later”
