“My regular hairdresser had cancelled on me last minute so I was pleased to get an appointment at Krystallised at short notice. Lily listened to my needs and took note of the photo I showed her. “Such a welcoming environment and very clean. Daryl was so attentive to my desire to fix a very bad cut I had done some place else a couple of months ago. I had a cut and blowdry and she knew just what to do. I was so confident in her skills and she certainly impressed. Very lovely to talk to as well. Offering me a drink and making sure the temperature of the water on my hair was okay. I will absolutely be returning to have my hair done by Daryl.”
