“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . “Almost perfect experience in this barbers today for a beard trim. The barber took the time to listen to what I asked for, and fed back to me what he interpreted. This may seem like a small thing, but it's super important to me. So many barbers I go to do not listen to me fully when I give them instructions. The quality of work was perfect. Very highly skilled barber, and also very careful. No scratching with the razor as some barbers do. Value was brilliant. £8 for a beard trim. Very good value in my experience, especially for a skilled barber. I have no negative comments. The only suggestion I would make is that I wasn't offered the hot towel service and face wash etc. I didn't mind, because I was in a rush, but, it would have been nice to be offered. It is only a little more expensive, but probably well worth the money. Keep up the good work, and keep listening to your customers.”

He's a brilliant, chatty guy who if you ask will give you an opinion on what style would suit you, which is so rare for many men's hairdressers (who often shrug their shoulders and say it's up to me).
