From looking at previous reviews- they may get it wrong sometimes (they’re only human) but they do care and they also help you to prevent things. “I’m very gratefull to the girls that worked so hard to look after my bambino amongst many other cats. Everything was organised well and the pens where tidy and clean at all times. Everyone is friendly and helpful, Nigel is very experienced and we never had any issues with getting last minute appointments etc. We now take our dog there and very happy with the service.
