“It was third time lucky today for my daughter getting her ears pierced. She has been too anxious in the past but the two ladies in the Romford store really put her at ease today. They were patient and kind, explained what was going to happen each step of the way and even allowed my daughter to cuddle a squishmallow when they were piercing the ears. “I had such a wonderful experience with Charlotte at Perfect Point Piercings! I went in to see if my old piercings had healed up and what we could do to work with what I already had, as I didn’t particularly want a new piercing. She was incredibly kind and patient, especially as we worked together to map out everything. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered advice, and made sure everything was to my liking. She was even more determined than I was to make my vision work.
