“It’s 11pm at night… 2 hours ago I had water coming through my kitchen ceiling. I called Frat because the reviews are very good. Frat stayed on the phone to me and coached me through how to get to the bottom of the problem. He did not have to do that. Just a very good bloke. So impressed. If he is that knowledgeable over the phone, I can’t imagine how good his work will be. I can’t wait to book him for our next job. Not only is he very good at what he does, he’s a very good bloke. More people like that please! Nice one”
