These experiences have had a huge impact on their confidence, communication, and social development—and they’re always excited to share what they’ve learned each day. We've also had incredible support with potty training and language development. The staff are so experienced, consistent, and encouraging, and they kept us updated every step of the way. It's made a huge difference in how quickly and positively our children have progressed. We feel so lucky to have found this nursery. It’s more than just childcare—it’s a warm, inspiring community that puts children’s happiness and development at the heart of everything. My Sunshine Day has truly changed our children’s lives, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly to any parent.”

“I was quite apprehensive to leave my daughter with a total stranger but just after the first visiting at Cygnet my daughter started running around as if she had been to Cygnet before, running to the staff , I was sold out, didn't even bother looking around as I trusted my daughter's instinct. Children don't normally run where they don't feel safe..but at Cygnet, the love, kindness & patience they have is amazing not towards the children even towards us as parents. I feel involved and cared for as well, which is fantastic!! Now I'm have a piece of mind while working knowing my child is being well looked after. Definitely recommend Cygnet to any parent. “We started taking our daughter to Little Crickets before she was one years old. They have 3 classes based on age/development and we started in the first one. Now our daughter who is almost 3 has just transitioned into the final class. I couldn't say more positive things about Little Crickets in our time with them. When my wife and I have questions, and we've had plenty, we reach out to Qendresa and Ibadete and they've always been super helpful and kind in their responses. Starting with Mel who was the first person to make our daughter smile from LC and made her excited to come to Nursery. A really big deal in the beginning. We've been lucky to have three absolutely WONDERFUL "key helpers" in Mel, Vera and then Sifa whose care for Liliana have meant more to us than they will ever know. When someone is taking care of your child, they're literlly taking care of the most precious thing in the world to you, so when you know they truly care, it means the world. Long after our daughter has transitioned to school and we leave Little Crickets in the rearview mirror, we will remember these three for the rest of our lives. We love the location too because it's on a giant cricket field, so it's essentially surrounded by nature, and not the sound of cars, and building, home maintenance, sirens, etc. Things that are really hard to get away from in the city. I sit outside every day that I pick my daughter up, and we have a picnic starting at the field, birds, etc. Thanks Little Crickets.”

“Even though my daughter only spent a few months here as we have to move her to a nursery closer to our home, she settled into the nursery very smoothly with the help of all staff and despite having key person change, she didn't have any issues as other staff are equally caring and helpful. I can clearly see her independence grew since attending the nursery, she learnt English songs while she couldn't even speaking English at the start and she becomes more confident of herself. Most importantly, she likes going to nursery and often tells me she wants to go there more often. The communication with the nursery is very smooth and the admin team is super efficient. Obviously I'd appreciate if I can have more photos of her but I do appreciate staff writing her diaries everyday so I know what activities she enjoyed and whether she has eaten/nap well. I would recommend this nursery to my friend if they stay close by.”

“My Daughter start at Toad Hall she was 6 months and left she was 4 1/5. She loved the staff, the children, the food. Nursery days were very special for her, she still comes with me to pick up her little brother and loves to come in and talk to the staff that looked after her when she was there. Now i have my son and he also loves nursery and the staff he always look forward to go back to Nursery. I know Toad Hall for the last 6 years and i have seeing constant changes and improvements in the inside and outside playgound. I'm happy and the most imortant my children were and are happy there. I definetely recommend Toad Hall Nursery.”

Her development is helped so much by being there and she regularly surprises me with how capable she is in doing things thanks to the nursery activities. They do lots of fun activities but also very practical ones like cooking, prepping vegetables, personal hygiene, using scissors etc. Knowing how happy and content she is really helps with my mum guilt. It may not be the flashiest nursery in the area but for caring for the kids and delivering a good experience, you can't get better.”

The care and attention they give my son by far exceeded any of my expectations. The curriculum that this school follows is absolutely amazing. He has been developing exceptional skills in geography, early math and reading. The instruction he receives and the teachers dedication to inspiring little students to learn far surpasses any expectations that I had. As if the instruction was not enough, the staff are amazing! All of the teachers are so positive and it is completely apparent how much they care for the children. Mrs Townsend, the school’s Head Teacher, as well as Miss Bhatti, the Deputy Head, are committed to providing a warm and nurturing environment for children. They have done an amazing job staffing the school with teachers that are just as committed. Beyond my happiness with the school is my son’s, which is most important. He cannot wait to leave for school every morning. I am absolutely thrilled to have found an environment that is allowing my son to flourish and preparing him for his future education, while at that same time providing him an opportunity to have fun with the friends he has made.
