“A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. The receptionist was nice and the Vet was brilliant and very sympathetic. She made my family feel included, gave us time with him both during and the after he went to sleep. “I bought my Recovapro from the kiosk in Bluewater shopping centre. I love it. I've tried many handheld massagers but this does an amazing job and really loosens everything up. My neighbor has also purchased one and loves it and a friend tried it as well and is now also going to get one. It's a great percussion massager and has lots of settings. Battery life is great too. Lasts a good 2 weeks for me before I have to charge again.”

“Came today for my 4year old sons potential allergy. Got there an hour before his appointment. Went in and was greeted by lovely smiley reception staff. (Obviously being early I expected to wait a very long time) sat down and within minutes my sons name was called to be weighed and measured, again the nurse who did this was lovely and chatty. We went and sat back down again, and minutes later were called by the dr! After seeing the dr we were told we’d need a blood test! I was told we could numb it and wait an hour or use the cold spray straight away, so off we go to have the blood test with cold spray! The 2 nurses doing it were again so lovely and explained everything that would happen. A bonus for my son was a sticker and toy! I’m so impressed with how everything went! We were in and out of the car park before his actual appointment time! I’m sure not every day runs as smoothly as it did this morning but I’d like to thank everyone as it was a fantastic experience!”
