“Visited today for a 4pm appointment. Although had uploaded everything online and only came for biometrics all in all took 1 hour. Outside was not busy like the other pics, no need to wear mask unless you want to. Inside there were plenty of people and the agent I had was very informative and friendly. Parking was done nearby Ruskin Square Car Park: very secure and clean, unlike other car parks I've seen nearby. I don't know if it's normal practice or because it's Friday, around 4:20pm to 4:30 pm they were letting in people who had appointment at 5pm.”

“I took my father here to have his biometrics done and in all honesty looking at the reviews I was feeling anxious but the whole experience was all good. Security lady at the door was polite, the girl who checked us in was also polite alongside the staff once you get in there. Just remember no phones on display unless your showing them your appointment letter or documents. & Also parking is a little tricky if you do not hold a disabled badge.”
