“I had an appointment with Spiro for a breathing test. The place is easily accessible and has parking outside. (Ringo payment) The receptionist was lovely patient with me because I couldn’t speak very loudly being out of breath. I was early and that was also not a problem. I sat and waited and watched the receptionist who was so good at her job. Dealing with one difficult man who was trying to jump the queue so politely and yet did not allow him to jump in early.
