“Had to book a visit as my daughters FIAT PUNTO was playing up (lights) - Jamie Diagnosed the fault for us in the fuse box but when we went to collect the car (in absolutely awful weather) it reoccurred - At no extra cost to us Jamie offered to investigate further for us and before then had spent over an hour and a half working in the pouring rain to resolve the issue . “Was an inpatient at the priory for 4 weeks. My experience was extremely positive. All staff are very friendly, caring and just want to help. The hospital is clean the rooms are comfy. The Therapists are all incredibly experienced and just approach you with such understanding. Really can not understate how much going to the Priory saved and changed my life. I continue to go once a week for an hourly therapy which again is well structured and thought out. Really amazing people and service.”
