I know she is a true cat lover and genuinely cares about the welfare of her charges. As well as providing excellent care, Kat provided peace of mind via regular emails and photos. She even put the bins out and kept my tomato plants watered. And her thoughtfulness extended to leaving a pint of milk in the fridge for our return! “Couldn’t fault the service of this company. My elderly Mother and her long term partner needed Wills drawn up. They are quite immobile and not trusting of strangers and the Wills were not straight forward. They had a home visit and were put at ease instantly. Andy was very gentle and kind to them and explained everything in layman’s terms. He genuinely seemed to care and provided a very efficient good value service.
