I have been seeing Ciba (hygienist) and Smita (dentist and part owner) since they took over from Mr Robert-Harry’s surgery whom I’d been with for almost 40 years. It was a huge wrench and I was very nervous about the change. However I had nothing to worry about as they are both extremely caring and professional and my experience with them has been delightful and not many people can say that about going to the dentist. “So I’ve taken my nearly 2 year old to one or two other places for a hair cut and he would just scream and it was traumatising. My mum suggested Brogans as she used to take my brother there when he was a kid and so we made an impromptu visit down to brogans today. To my shock and surprise, Debbie was able to keep my son calm and smiling throughout the hair cut and he didn’t cry one bit! Debbie was so calm and flexible, was trying to make the hair cut into a fun experience for him and the best part was that my son could watch the buses go past outside and Debbie was able to get on with the hair cut with him distracted. She not only was able to distract him but also the hair cut was of high standard and let’s be honest, it’s hard to get a 2 year old to sit still so I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect. But I’ll be honest, it was perfect and she understood his hair type and what style would suit him best from the get go.This is definitely going to be my go-to place for his haircuts now and I’m so thankful it’s no longer going to be such a traumatic experience for us all!”

“I have a Volvo V70 2000, I had many lights showing on the dashboard and the car was not running as well as usual. I took it to my usual mechanic who could find what the problem was. I took the car to Glen at GB Autos and he found the problem straight away and although a replacement part cannot be found, he worked on re-soldering the part for me.
