I have met so many GPs in the past and I am very grateful for the wonderful service I get from Broadmead surgery. The Practice Nurses are lovely and kind. Ready to answer all my queries. The receptionists are helpful. Especially the youngish ones. I have never encountered anything worth complaining about at all. Even the pharmacy is efficient. Messaging and emailing to remind collection and even phoning me to ask for any adverse rections to my new medication which I never experienced in any of my previous pharmacies. “26.03.25 London I have just visited my local GP. And I must say it was the best experience I had in a long time. I had a test done and usually it takes some time to do it but the nurse was quick and professional. I had another appointment with another nurse tge same day for different test and the doctor find time to come and see me for a minute ( no appointment) just to confirm what will happen next. I can see the effort the nurses and GP is putting into patients comfort and safety. Thank you very much I really appreciate your help and kindness.”
