“My sons have attend the nursery one is shy and the other very lively and not so shy! The nursery has been really good in teaching and using creativity. My son is always bring home drawings and creations and loves seeing them at home. He really loved a counting book that nursery made that he brought home. Really helped with his counting. Staff are friendly and responsive to parents questions.”

“My son is half way through his first term at Great Waves Kenley. He has made excellent progress learning to swim each week. He is given lots of attention and direction, and the wonderful instructors are patient and encouraging. We will be signing up our youngest child very soon. Thank you Great Waves!”

“Great staff, l remember when my baby got his BCG , it was a cold and rainy day but it ended up being a good day for my baby and l , the place was conducive for breastfeeding and relaxing and the staff were all so nice ,my baby was still a newborn and l was exhausted but that day my energy was boosted and made me more confident of going out and wanting to attend more class.”

“My son started Abbey Wood Grange Day Nursery at 8 months old, i was so nervous when I first started looking for nursery’s, so I could plan to return back to work. I viewed so many nursery’s in the area, Abbey Wood Grange day nursery had something over them all, for me it was the attention to detail & care from staff. On my viewing with Lisa she was so welcoming, enthusiastic and had a real sense of care. lisa knew all the children’s names when we entered the rooms. Staff was all friendly an engaged with all the children. Staff are all so friendly & welcoming, my son settled in really quickly and formed great bonds. He really loves being at nursery and gets all excited when we arrive. I get regular updates daily in his book from the day & updates on the tapestry app showing observations & his development. I honestly couldn't be more happier with the level of service from the nursery & staff at abbey wood. I know his well looked after, It really is a lovely nursery. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to put their baby or child into a nursery.”

“Front desk staff Funto and Chantel went above and beyond helping me get settled and feel comfortable in the building when I had some issues with the move! They made sure I felt welcomed and handled the situation amazingly.”

“Great place with very accommodating staff who pre-warned us the kids may not be able to manage the Junior karts & made sure they took it seriously. We took 3x 8 year olds for a birthday outing, they all had a fantastic time & luckily did manage for their 1st time! All good kit supplied & easily accessible from the tram. Only small downside was the ladies & gents toilets that could do with improving/clean as lots of cobwebs & a bit grimy, but it had all the basic facilities needed.”

“I visited West Valley Hospital on 12/05/2023. My experience visiting was great. The team were very polite, friendly, reassuring and kept me informed throughout of my procedure and spoke me through step by step. I was given instructions and a map on how to find the hospital and was warmly welcomed by front desk staff, this put me at ease as i was feeling very anxious. I attended the hospital for steroid injections in my hand. Having suffered with arthritis after an injury two years ago. I was seen by Mr Rhee. He has been my consultant and has been fantastic. This procedure is not pleasant but Mr Rhee did his upmost to ensure I was kept informed, relaxed and comfortable and I knew every step of the procedure. A lovely lady named Salome held my hand and kept me calm throughout. Since having the injections I am finally pain free for the first time in two years and am able to do normal everyday tasks! Thank you Mr Rhee and to all the staff that were so warm, welcoming and kind on the day (Adreienne, Kamaljit Courtney and Salome) Great hospital, very clean and well kept, excellent staff and great patient care.”

“My son attended this preschool since he was 3 year old until school age. I can't describe in my words how greatful I am to all the staff for what they have done for my son. They were caring, understanding and loving. My son tried 2 nurseries before and wouldn't settle in, so I asked the predchool manager for longer settling in period. They understood and allowed my son to take his time. They encouraged him to develop at his own pace, provided interesting resources and activities ans were there for him when he needed help. The preschool is substantially staffed. My son made his first friendships here. He continues seeing his preschool friends at church. It's nice to be part of the community. The preschool teachers are well experienced in special needs and have understanding, and can provide support.”

“This is the second nursery we have tried in this area. It is far and away the best. The teachers are dedicated professionals (most are also Montessori trained in addition to EYFS training) who are obviously enjoying their work with children, and who are committed to Lemon Tree in the long term. In other words, unlike the other nursery we tried which had huge problems with staff turnover, the teachers at Lemon Tree know us, we know all of them, and most importantly they and the children know each other. Every week my partner and I talk about how relieved we are that our son is at Lemon Tree, and how confident we feel in the care and attention he is receiving there. They also have an enormous outdoor play area with real grass and trees, not just a carpark covered in astroturf. The children are given many opportunities for outside play and they integrate natural learning with their Montessori curriculum. I would recommend this place without qualification.”

“Sherwood pre-school is a professional, well managed and caring environment for children. My daughter started at Howard newly and since then she has dropped off and picked up from school by Sherwood pre-school staff. They are very welcoming and my daughter love this place. It's always so well organized and full of fun opportunities for children to grow and explore the world around them. The commitment of the staff from both Breakfast & Afternoon club is immediately evident. I highly recommend this nursery the staff make your child feel safe and comfortable.”

“A big thank you to the all team in totstars! We organised our daughter 4th birthday party and we had an amazing experience. Kids enjoyed the staying... there was music, lots of decorations and party food was good and fresh. Our daughter has amazing memories about her party and great time with her friend in Totstar.... “I have been to many hair salons far and wide and have never been as happy and satisfied with any of them like I am with Helena Marcis salon. As soon as I entered the salon I was greeted by Helena herself and taken care of straight away. I was made to feel at home by Helena and all her staff. My questions were answered with wisdom and I feel Helena and her staff were very patient and no matter how busy they may have been , they still gave me their full attention. I am extremely happy with my wash, colour and style which has lasted extremely long and I have received compliments after visiting the salon.
