At the time I was struggling with several challenges including grief, anger, low self-confidence and imposter syndrome. Over our sessions, we tried a few methods and I got different results every time, but underlying it all I was nudging towards a better future for myself. My goal was quite simple; to take my dog for a walk and really enjoy it. I wanted to walk around with my head held high, engaging with the world and feeling lighter. Sounds simple, but it felt quite out of reach. Getting to that point has certainly been a journey, but through Tania's help, I've been able to achieve what I set out to do.
