“A really nice place for authentic tasty Indian food. We had a gala time. The food was delicious. The manager very friendly and service professional. We had a three course meal with various starters, biryani and goan prawn curry for mains and pudding and kulfi for deserts with masala tea and coffee. All the dishes were made to taste, generous portions and with personal care. We also had few delicious cocktails while waiting for starters. I would highly recommend the place if you are looking for a nice clean place for family dine out with friendly professional service.”

I visited Bar + Block in Sutton and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jessie, who was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. Jessie anticipated our needs effortlessly and made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. She knew the menu inside out and gave spot on recommendations. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet genuinely personable, she really elevated the entire dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious, everything was cooked to perfection. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Jessie again.”

“I had their Spicy chicken sandwich, and my Mrs had Portobello mushroom & Brie cheese sandwiche, along with coffee. All of them were delicious, especially the Speciality coffee that I had, it has Irish cream, Kaluha coffee liquor. Previously I had cakes as takeaway from them, they were also delicious. Seating and ambience is very comforting and cozy. My wife loves this cafe . Owner and staff are very warm and polite. I'll highly recommend anyone who visits Sutton.”

“The staff is lovely and service is second to none. Very reasonably priced and I will definitely be going back for a hair cut . I will recommend it to everyone without any hesitation. The best place in Sutton to get an amazing haircut! They don’t force you to buy products and are very honest . I’ve gone a few places where they have said.. o hair is damaged and needs this or that ...but Kay (the lovely lady who cut my hair) was great and said it’s the texture of my hair and it’s not damaged . “I first started going to salon after a really bad baylage from another salon. Morgan really listened to me and took time to understand my wavy, very thick hair. I’ve never had a hairdresser cut my hair so well has Morgan, it sits perfectly every time (which isn’t always easy for my type of hair) I also wanted colour but after Morgan tested my hair it wouldn’t be strong enough, I’m so grateful I listened to Morgan and waited until my hair was in better condition. Today Morgan done my colour and I absolutely love it! Her technique and the time she takes has made my hair look incredible! The food and service is amazing as the staff are great every time. Also the “H’s Super Bowl (with fruit)” is incredible and would definitely recommend (look at attached pictures).”

“Really nice friendly place Barbers. My hair cut is excellent and fairly fast without effecting the quality. Just wish my hairline was of a better quality. They are well set up with new covid 19 requirements which is good to see.”
