“One of my go to when I can’t be bothered to cook. Chicken fried nicely and you get chilli and mayo spread on your chips if you request it. Also the wraps are nice and the pizzas taste lovely at a great price. Bought the 10 piece chicken and chips for £14.50 - comes with coleslaw as well.”

Today, I was served by two of the best people in the shop, Vaibhaw and Dev. Their communication and friendly attitude, especially Vaibhaw’s warm smile, made my visit extra special. “This place surely isn't the biggest or most privately contained cafe in a hospital, but that really is the beauty of it. Run by volunteers, these people were wonderful to talk to, and not only to see them with the choice to dedicate this time, but simply considering how long some have lived for (e.g. age 92), and how good their health is. Onto the actual cafe! The price of food here from sandwiches to cafe drinks is the type of reasonable I am expecting and am so happy to see, when comparing to such, including the Costa in the hospital. In my opinion that includes the range of cakes, biscuits and bars too! Having my [veg] sandwhich toasted made it extra fulfilling, and the cappuccino was super! And it gets better: All profits made, go to a certain division of the hospital. More people should visit this cafe to appreciate the efforts devoted by volunteers here. Hospitals should have more affordable, lovingly run cafe's like this! Obviously that doesn't even have to be as a patient!”

“A group of us turned up unannounced before they were officially open and we were invited in nonetheless. We shared the mixed grill which was superb. Meat tender and flavoursome, rice outstanding. “The lady who takes your order is goated. Unc who runs the place is goated too. I always get a chicken wrap meal and its 10/10. The pizza is good too. My family have been getting food from there for over 7 years, its always a hit. Theyre nice people. And the wait time is usually 15 minutes which is good but depends on what you order i guess.”

“Staff is Tesco is very kind and patient towards us. Every day we go there and buy meal for our clients and pay for them separately. Imagine pay for 7 meals separately and taking receipts it is a tedious process but staff is very and kind and patient. There are days when Tesco doesn’t have stock but its not there fault. People should stop being rude to staff because they can’t find thing in Tesco.”

“Best chai shop in Southall by a country mile. We visited this gem of a chai shop on Southall Broadway on a week night. The food and tandoori chai just blew us away. We had the aloo tiki chart, the.lovely loaded chips, french toast, and halwa Puri Chana. Every item just exceeded our expectation, beautifully presented and deliciously tasty. The tandoori chai is the best desi tea we have had in the UK. There is a short wait for the food to arrive but it's worth it. We.will definitely be visiting again.”
