“Amazing little hidden place. The food was just really good. Simple pasta, very reasonable prices, and great portions! Nothing more I could ask for in the heart of Old Street. I had the medium creamy mushroom pasta for £6.20 and it was delicious! Will definitely be going back =)”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Corner Coffee Shop in New Cross is an absolute gem! As a local, I feel so lucky to have this fantastic spot right on my doorstep. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the owners always make you feel so welcome. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with beautifully designed interiors that make it a perfect place to relax or get some work done. On top of that, they host amazing exhibitions and classes that bring the community together and add a creative flair to the place. It’s more than just a coffee shop – it’s a true community hub. Couldn’t recommend it more!”

Ana is an angel in the kitchen and clearly adds passion to the food, the portions are very generous and wonderful value for money. I am so excited to come back to try more, ooo the chai latte is the best I have ever had.”

In the photo it only shows one half of the sandwich. So glad I did as it was fresh and delicious!! Will be ordering from Crossroads again for sure. My husband ordered a Sausage roll with 3 hash browns which he enjoyed. Cravings satisfied.”

“The staff were really lovely, the food was amazinggg. I got the pistachio croissant and hmm it was so delicious. It was very rich and sweet but I had a coffee with it so that balanced it out perfectly. The coffee was also super delicious. Lovely place and would recommend going. It is quite small but I loved it still. (Also in the photo the croissant doesn’t look like it has much but it had the majority of the filling inside it)”

“One word: phenomenal! This place absolutely nails brunch. I tried the Eggs Benedict and they were perfection—poached eggs cooked just right, velvety hollandaise sauce, and served on a soft, toasted English muffin. Every bite was rich, balanced, and satisfying. And then came the Nutella pancakes—fluffy, warm, and generously layered with Nutella, topped with fresh berries and a light dusting of powdered sugar. A dream for anyone with a sweet tooth! The atmosphere was cozy yet stylish, perfect for a laid-back weekend morning. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. ☕ Bonus points for the great coffee”

“Staying in a hotel around the corner from here and stopped in for chicken momos that were honestly some of the best I've ever had. The filling was well balanced, nice deep savory notes along with bright ginger. Was nice to watch them being made right there in-house. Got an Americano to-go on my way out. It was super smooth and I probably drank it too quickly, went back for a second about an hour later. I look forward to returning again to try other offerings.”
