“Excellent Service and Providers!! Professionals!! I bought a Koumandaria for a gift online but their policy is the buyer to receive it from their premises. I emailed them that I couldn't receive it and that I wanted the receipent to collect it and not only they have accepted but they have informed the recipient via call without asking them to do so!! Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to send a Koumandaria as a gift in London!! Definately Recommended!!”

“Picked this venue for a coffee after reading the great reviews and was not disappointed. Don't be fooled by the modest entrance, the shop is a visual cornucopia of artistic delights. The drinks arrived in cute, hand painted cups and saucers, with small wooden spoons and the coffees adorned with coffee art. We sat and took in all the amazing decor which was for sale: cups, small serving dishes, bags, spoons, a menagerie of small crocheted animals with some in key ring form plus so much more. It was a feast for the eyes and brain to take in everything that was on display. The coffee was equally good and hope to try one of the cakes next time. An absolute joy for the senses and would highly recommend.”

“Little gem on Fulham Palace Road! This is an independent café offering great speciality coffee (the owner, Chris, specialises in latte art and has created an extensive menu of coffee and non-coffee items, including great iced options). Its unique feature is to match the coffee offer with authentic Filipino cuisine which is made fresh on site every day. I tried the food on several occasions and I was always extremely satisfied with it! It’s great to be able to explore a different culinary culture, while sipping speciality coffee all along! Keep up with the great work guys!!!”

    Freedom Caffe' Tearoom

    ★★★★★ 4.9
    Closed

“I've only ever driven through Cheam before my visit yesterday, a trip by public transport (tram and train) from Croydon specifically to visit the Whitehall museum, housed in a grade II* listed former domestic dwelling dating from before the reign of Henry VIII. While the museum is an important place of reference for local history, geared more towards children than adults, it also houses the excellent Freedom Caffe' tearoom. The restrictions imposed by such an old, historic house may mean they can't use a normal commercial coffee machine but the range of soft drinks is impressive and more importantly, the vegan options for lunch are delicious. I highly recommend both the vegan sausage roll with salad and the vegan Greek. Then there are the cakes... The only vegan option on the day was a chocolate pear and apple cake but it was gorgeous and the staff were attentive and friendly and the food reasonably priced. I also noted the fresh pasta preparation. There's more to Cheam than the museum but whatever else you're doing it's well worth making sure you visit the Freedom Caffe' for a drink and a bite to eat.”

“We love Crespidia! We were so happy when it opened, and it's gone from strength to strength. The food is delicious, lovely drinks, cakes, sandwiches etc etc.. the merchandise is reasonably priced and it's really nice to have that to look at while we're sat chatting... and the flowers are also a beautiful bonus! To top it all off, the service is invariably wonderful and we are always made to feel welcome, as is Fergus (the sausage dog) :-) Go there as soon as possible! (I'm writing this while nibbling on a piece of delicious Crespidia sourdough)”

Music was relaxing and the young man (Jake) who served me was ever so friendly. They have some outside seating too. The frappe was very nice and I'm very fussy about those. And the bread and the presentation was very good too. Plus they have half price offer for kids at the moment. I need to visit again!!!!!!! Heart ♥️”

“Hidden Gem in Angel – Best Coffee Around This is hands down the best coffee shop near my home — a true hidden gem in the heart of Angel. It’s a small, unassuming place with a very down-to-earth vibe, but what really sets it apart is the team. The baristas here are incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely passionate about coffee. You can tell they know their craft — and love it. The coffee is always freshly roasted on-site, which makes a huge difference. Every visit smells slightly different in the best way — like a rotating gallery of beautiful coffee aromas. Whether you go for a flat white or a pour-over, the quality is consistently excellent. It’s by far the best cup of coffee I’ve had in Angel. They also offer a lovely selection of cakes and pastries (the banana bread is a personal favourite), and the Wi-Fi is impressively fast — perfect if you need to catch up on some work or reading. You can also buy their beans or ground coffee to take home, which is a real treat. They don’t do much marketing or social media, but they really don’t need to. Word of mouth is more than enough when a place is this good. It’s a spot I always look forward to visiting.”

“I walk past this place daily and think nothing much of it. Sometimes I'll see it packed with school kids so I'd assumed it was just yet another cheap shop/restaurant. Well, I was wrong - I had my partner order me two burgers and a milkshake today out of pure curiosity and they were delicious, far better than the other places on Brent Street. Also, the takeout packaging for the burgers, and the cardboard sleeve on the milkshake to prevent your hands from getting cold is a really nice touch! Will be ordering from here very often from now on.”
