“I’m always welcomed here. I’m not a customer that goes in daily or even weekly but it’s rare that I have to tell them my order now as it’s always the same. It’s nice to see a familiar, friendly faces that you can have a rapport with. Unfortunately I don’t know all the names of the staff but Veronica is always helpful, kind and professional, has always gone above to assist me when she is working. In fact all the staff take their time to be welcoming, polite and professional. I have been to another local Costa and it’s a very different atmosphere and staff.”

“Tesco express at Honeypot Lane. I have to say that I am proud to be a part of the Tesco community as a customer. The staff there are very friendly and helpful.
