They are polite ,very helpful and professional. George was a model of professionalism and joe the head pharmacist has always been utterly friendly and tirelessly professional. I've been using this pharmacy for some 6years plus and they never let me down. I often found them well stocked and if out they compensated by sourcing in a timely manner .always delivered when promised. The pharmacy is well stocked and prices are excellent on all other ancillaries. I forgot to mention the support crew ! Oh well they are perfectly helpful and ever so welcoming. Update on this review. “Attended this clinic for an emergency doctor's appointment today. Didn't wait long to see the GP. The GP was friendly, listened to me as I explained my symptoms and I didn't feel at all rushed during the consultation. Felt extremely lucky to get an appointment as my own GP practice didn't have any emergency appointments available this morning and NHS 111 never rang me back. Also, very handy that the pharmacy is next door.”

“Have been using this pharmacy for nearly 20 years now and have always found them to go above and beyond in what they do to help. Once, I was running late and a staff member waited outside in the rain after closing time to give me my medication. Another time, the pharmacist quite likely saved my life after examining a small red patch that came up after a biopsy and recommending that I go to the walk-in centre. It turned out to be the very early stages of a nasty infection. The walk-in clinic gave me a letter for A&E to bypass triage, and I ended up being kept in for three nights on IV antibiotics. If I hadn't seen the pharmacist, I would probably have left it as it was only a small, slightly warm red mark.”
